SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am broadly interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying normal physiology and disease, such as genetic mutations, structural changes, and signaling pathways. I am particularly drawn to research that connects mechanistic insights with therapeutic strategies. I hope to pursue work that integrates biochemical experimentation with disease-relevant models, using molecular understanding as a foundation for rational therapeutic development. I am also interested in further developing my computational skills complement experimental research in biomedicine.
