Lecture:
The lecture provides an overview of operational production processes and shows the close interrelationship between production and logistics.
Methods and planning models are presented that can be used to efficiently design operational processes.
In particular, the areas of production and cost theory, production program planning with linear programming, procurement and production logistics, and distribution logistics are discussed.
Tutorial:
The tutorials, which take place at the same time, teach the application of methods, in particular the simplex algorithm, Gozinto graphs and procedures for order planning, process planning, transport and location planning.
