Dr. Anke Lipinsky
Dr Anke Lipinsky (she/her) is a senior researcher at GESIS-Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, team Center of Excellence Women and Science CEWS. Her work focuses on qualitative and quantitative methods for analysing intersectional gender inequalities in academia, knowledge transfer and policy learning in the multi-level EU system; gender-based violence in academia; evaluation of gender equality policies. She participated in several expert groups of the European Commission DG Research and Innovation, and collaborates with EU-funded projects e. g. INSPIRE, UniSAFE, GEECCO, GenPORT. Since 2024, she is PI of the research project GendAReview, which explores how the latest perspectives, theoretical models and findings from international, power-critical gender research can be taken up in higher education research with a particular focus on governance, employment, and knowledge production.
