Dr. Daniel Brauer was appointed presiding judge at the Hessian Administrative Court (Kassel) on June 1, 2024.Dr. Daniel Brauer was seconded to the Federal Administrative Court as a research assistant from 2018 to 2019. During this time, Dr. Brauer appointed judge for life and appointed judge at the Hessian Administrative Court in 2021.
He has been committed to training young lawyers for many years. In this context, he worked, among other things, as a lecturer at the Georg-August University in Göttingen. He has also published numerous specialist articles.
