Research projects
Grazing4Future (University of Göttingen, ongoing): Digital grazing management using virtual fencing (VF) for sustainable grassland use in the eastern part of the "Erzgebirge" mountain area, Germany.
ECO²SCAPE (Technical University of Dresden, completed): Co-design of ecologically and economically efficient policy instruments and measures (agri-environmental and climate measures) to conserve biodiversity and ecosystem services in cultural landscapes.
Through transdisciplinary co-design with the agricultural sector, more tailored approaches have been developed that better link ecological efficiency with economic incentives.
