Prof. Dr. Andreas Spickhoff holds the chair for civil law and medical law at the LMU in Munich. Prof. Dr. Andreas Spickhoff studied, among other things, at the Faculty of Law in Göttingen and held the chair for civil law, medical law, international private law and comparative law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. He was also dean of the Faculty of Law, managing director of the Center for Notary Law and managing director of the Center for Medical Law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen.Prof. Dr. Andreas Spickhoff has published numerous works of his own, contributed to legal commentaries, written essays and contributed to legal books and magazines.
