SHANZI XUE
Shanzi Xue is currently a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Goettingen, where she has served as a research associate at our chair since June 2022. Her research explores digital transformation and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in human resource management. She has collaborated with leading international universities and scholars, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and presenting her research at top academic conferences. Beyond academia, she has developed practical expertise in HR operations, talent development, and project management in cross-cultural contexts.
